Display IP and Host Information in Taskbar Preview

IP and host name are now shown in IWS taskbar title. This information is helpful if you have multiple IWS sessions open to different environments.

Added Conditions for Data Queries

Data Query objects in MC translators now have conditions that wrap generated content in a conditional loop node with single repetition. The condition can be set using green condition slot icon or the Condition property.
This issue was tracked as Item #138880.

Software Fixes

Issue with Const Objects
When you used the Const MC translator object it, does not affect compiled rule code. The code was updated to resolve this issue. The COL elements are now generated for Const objects as expected.
