Addressed Memory Leak and Introduced Performance Improvements

Several memory management and performance improvements were made for IWS worksheets. These changes reduce memory consumption for long sessions, increase overall performance and reduce solution export or saving time.
This issue was tracked as Item #145242.


Incorrect Bloomberg Transformation Rule Format

If you publish a Bloomberg to Delimited transformation task, an incorrect CSV root node will be generated in translator rule. The code was updated to resolve this issue. The CSV root node was replaced with CSVMESSAGE.
This issue was tracked as Item #145306.


Issue with Migration of Scheduled Workflows 

There was an issue with the migration of scheduled workflows. The .sch file could be missed while exporting MC Package. The code was updated to resolve this issue and scheduled workflows now migrate correctly.
