Added Custom Benchmark EagleML object

A Custom Benchmark EagleML object type was added to the Entity section of EagleML object lists.

This object is planned to be included in the November EagleML release. The changes to IWS were made in advance.

Added new "Skip Cancel" Flag

A new "Skip Cancel" flag was added to the properties of the scheduled begin object. This allows you to skip the canceling step of the scheduled restart process.
This issue was tracked as Item #146322.

Software Fixes

Resolved Issue of Missing DBMapping in the Generic SMF Panel for XPanel

For some elements which were located in the optional nodes of Generic SMF, the DB Mapping description in the DB field and checkbox for these elements were missed in XPanel. The logic for defining DBMapping from the XSD for elements which located in the optional nodes was corrected so that these items are now displayed as expected.
