Removed references to jetty from exceptions from MC2 internal ports

Http requests to ports used by MC2 (for example http://localhost:20421 ) will now either return a 404 Not Found error or the connection will simply be closed without a reply. The returned errors will not contain any references to jetty. Previously the replies contained for example:
