Add “Use header only” option

In-CSV transformation now will support "Use Header Only" checkbox just as it has been implemented inside MC Editor.  The new flag will be available on in-CSV transformation setup form, and can be accessed from "Set Source" menu of the source shape at any time.

This issue was tracked as Item IWS-192.

Enhancements

Create filter on inbound mapping screen to show fields mapped/unmapped

The new filters "Mapped" and "Unmapped" now can be used on source and destination shapes from any type of translation. The filters will work similarly for source and destination shapes - showing all connected rows, or all rows without connection.
