Introduced External XSD Format in Source and Destination

IWS Source and Destination objects now have 'External XSD' as a new format option. This feature allows you to fill XML-formatted Source or Destination by a local XML Schema file you select.
This issue was tracked as Item #150040.

Software Fixes

Issue with XPanel Extentions

When using the extensibility feature using the Generic SMF object, you could get an error message "Error at loading files – Exception on download file eagleml/schema/eagleml-custom-2-0.xsd". This error would occur if the XSD file is not in that environment. To resolve this issue, logic was added to create the eagleml-custom-2-0.xsd if it does not exist.

Publishing Issue

In some cases when you have workflows excluded from export in solution tree, other ones may be not publish as well. The code was updated to resolve this issue. Solution Publish form now shows the complete solution tree for those cases.
