User Interface for data discovery
First version of "Data Discovery" screens have been added. At the moment, only csv and Bloomberg formats are supported.
This issue was tracked as Item IWS-137.

Software Fixes

Incorrect update source for published streams
Update Source property for stream packages published from IWS now have correct value from IWS user name instead of MCADMIN.
This issue was tracked as Item IWS-7.

Bundle-based workflow hangs - wrong instance value generated
Instance proeprty of the same step had different values in workflow and .map file for In bundle-based workflows. The code was updated to resolve this issue
