View SLA History and Details

To view an SLA history and details:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLAs in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLAs.

  2. To quickly find an SLA, click the Find button. To search for an SLA based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

  3. Click the SLA you have selected and review its history (if available) in the SLA History bottom pane.

  4. To view the SLA details, click the SLA and click View.

  5. In the Define dialog box, review the information and click Next.
    You cannot edit any information in this dialog box.

  6. In the Details dialog box, review the information and click Next.
    You cannot edit any information in this dialog box.

  7. In the Validate dialog box, review the information and test the SLA as needed.

  8. Click Back to return to the previous dialog box or click Cancel to close out of the SLA.

  9. If needed, refresh, print, or export the information displayed in the workspace.
