Edit an SLA Group

To edit an SLA group:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLA groups.

  2. To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

  3. Click the SLA group you wish to edit and click Edit.
    Note that locked groups cannot be edited.

  4. In the Edit SLA Group dialog box, you can change the client name and the group description, but you cannot change the group name.

  5. Click Save to save the updated SLA group.
