Create a New SLA Group

To create a new SLA group:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see a list of all the SLA groups. 

  2. Click Create New and select SLA Group.

  3. In the Create SLA Group dialog box, enter the new group name, click the drop down to select the client name, and enter a description.
    Since the group is new, there are no associated SLAs.

  4. Click Save to save the new SLA group.
