Refresh, Print, and Export Workspace Data

In Automation Center, you can use the Refresh button to quickly refresh everything that is displayed in the workspace or only selected information. You can also use the Print button to print and the Export button to export the information from the workspace to various file formats.

Limited Print functionality is currently available only in the Message Streams, Monitor/Message Streams, and Exceptions workspaces.



Refresh Data

To refresh data in the workspace:

  1. In Automation Center workspaces, click the Refresh button.

  2. To refresh the entire workspace, select Screen.

  3. To refresh data only for a specifically selected item in the workspace, click the item and select Selected.

Print Data

To print data:

  1. In Automation Center workspaces, click the Print button.

  2. Select the appropriate printer and click Print.

Limited Print functionality is currently available only in the Message Streams, Monitor/Message Streams, and Exceptions workspaces.

Export Data

To export data:

  1. In Automation Center workspaces, click the Export button.

  2. Select the appropriate file format and location and click Save.
    The file is downloaded to the location you specified.
