Delete an SLA Group

To delete an SLA group:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see a list of all the available SLA groups.

  2. To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

  3. Click the SLA group you wish to delete and click Delete.
    You see the Delete SLA Group confirmation dialog box.

  4. Click OK to delete the SLA group or click Cancel to keep the SLA group.
