System Management Center allows you to monitor performance of the Oracle database.

What do you want to know?

  • Where can I get Oracle segment information?

  • How can I determine if any Full Table Scan (FTS) queries were run and how did they impact the system performance?

  • How can I find out which Oracle tables are most heavily used?

Which Reports are Available?

To monitor Oracle performance:

  1. In System Management Center, select and run system queries with the oracle - top keywords.

    Select and run queries - Oracle top

  2. To customize how the report information is displayed, click the Print button drop down to print, or click the Export button drop down and select the file type to export query reports.

  3. To return to the Queries workspace, click the Queries bottom tab.
