System Management Center allows you to identify key system diagnostics for troubleshooting.

What do you want to know?

  • How can I get information about the size of the accounting Blob?

  • Which Eagle data warehouse jobs have failed and where can I get the logs?

  • What is the current state of the STAR Scheduler?

Which Reports are Available?

To run system diagnostics reports:

  1. In System Management Center, select and run system queries with the diagnostics keyword.

  2. To customize how the report information is displayed, click the Print button drop down to print, or click the Export button drop down and select the file type to export query reports.

  3. To return to the Queries workspace, click the Queries bottom tab.
