Review Socket Usage

The Review Socket Usage option allows you to determine which processes are running on which ports. This option can be used for troubleshooting network activity issues.

To review socket usage:

1. In System Management Center, click Environment in left navigation and click Installations.
   You see the Installations workspace with all the available servers.

2. Right click on an environment and click Show Details.
   You see the Details tab with information pertaining to that environment.

   Open

   

    

3. Navigate to the Socket Usage tab.
   You see all the available processes and sockets.

4. Click a row under Processes to view the state of each socket in the Sockets bottom pane.

5. To return to the Installations workspace, click the Installations bottom tab.
