System Management Center allows you to review how your environment is configured for purge and archive activities.

What do you want to know?

  • Which purge rules are set up in my environment?

  • Which tables are currently configured and running purge rules?

  • Which custom tables require purge rules, but do not have any rules set up?

Which Reports are Available?

To review purge rule statistics:

  1. In System Management Center, select and run system queries with the purge keyword.

    Select and run queries - Purge

  2. To customize how the report information is displayed, click the Print button drop down to print, or click the Export button drop down and select the file type to export query reports.

  3. To return to the Queries workspace, click the Queries bottom tab.
