Lock and Unlock an SLA Group

To lock/unlock an SLA group:

1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
   You see all the available SLA groups.

2. To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

3. Click the SLA group you wish to lock and click Approve and Lock.
   You see a gold lock to the left of the group's name.

4. To unlock the group, click the group and click Unlock.The gold lock is removed. You can now edit and delete the group if you have the appropriate permissions.
