Copy an SLA Group to Create a New Group

To copy an SLA group to create a new group:

  1. In SLA Management, click SLA Groups in the left navigation.
    You see all the available SLA groups.

  2. To quickly find an SLA group, click the Find button. To search for an SLA group based on specific criteria, click the Search button.

  3. Click the SLA group you wish to copy and click Duplicate.

  4. In the Duplicate SLA Group dialog box, enter the new SLA group name, click the drop down to select a different client if needed, and enter a new description.

  5. Click Save to save the new SLA group.
