Report Profile Resubmit Options Dialog Box

You can configure the Eagle Portal to allow resubmitting of reports delivered to the Inbox. For example, a report may be resubmitted using another entity or time period or viewed in an Excel format instead of the PDF format.

To configure the Eagle Portal for report resubmission, you must add a report profile and specify the report details. To resubmit reports, you have to define the report categories and scheduling frequencies in the Codes window in the System Management Center. The code for Inbox submission categories is Portal Report Types and the interface is Eagle PACE. The following options are available on the Report Profile Resubmit Options dialog box.

Option	Description
As of Date	Specifies a date for running the report or a date rule. If the report is for multiple periods, it is assigned a date selector that contains a From Date and To Date. Otherwise, a single period report is assigned a date selector that contains an as of date. This option is required.
Advanced Report Options	Specifies additional options for Advanced Reports. Any options that are not standard options are displayed in this field. See Advanced Reporting for details on Advanced Report options.
Entity Selector	Allows users to select one or more entities on which to run the report. You can enable user access to OLAP and Advanced Reports data for specific entities using the User Administration function. This option is required.
Output Format Selector	Allows users to specify an output format such as PDF or Excel.
Currency Selector	Allows users to override the currency in which a report is run. Underlying OLAP and Advanced Reports must be configured to use the Currency Translation fields.
Scheduling Options	Allows users to run the report ad hoc (on demand) or on a scheduled basis. To run the report ad hoc, select Right Now. To run the report on a scheduled basis, select one of the available scheduling frequencies.
