Set Up Entity Selector Reports

Set Up One Entity Selector Report for All Users

To set up one Entity Selector report for all users:

  1. From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.

  2. Enter Portal Administration in the Start Search text box.

  3. Click the Portal Administration (Reporting Center) link to access Portal Administration.
    You see the Portal Administration window.

  4. Click Yes in the Do you see the Eagle logo here? dialog box.
    You see the Portal Query Explorer window as the default.

  5. Scroll down and double click the Entity Selector (internal) row.
    You see the Query Settings dialog box.

  6. Complete the options on the Query Settings dialog box.

  7. Click Next. In Assign Queries, this report is assigned to everyone by default.

  8. Click Finish.

Set Up Entity Selector Report for Multiple Business Groups

You can set up the Entity Selector report for multiple entity selectors for different business groups. In this example, an entity selector is configured and assigned to the Portal Client Services business group.

To set up one Entity Selector report for multiple business groups:

  1. From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.

  2. Enter Portal Administration in the Start Search text box.

  3. Click the Portal Administration (Reporting Center) link to access Portal Administration.
    You see the Portal Administration window.

  4. Click Yes in the Do you see the Eagle logo here? dialog box.
    You see the Portal Query Explorer window as the default.

  5. Scroll down and double click the Entity Selector (internal) row.
    You see the Query Settings dialog box.

  6. Select ACCESS ENTITY SELECTOR in the Type field and click Next.
    You see the Assign Queries dialog box.

  7. Click Finish.

  8. Click the Portal Query Explorer drop down menu and select User Settings Explorer.

  9. Click Current User, and select the business group you want to use in this Entity Selector.

  10. In the Entity Selector Query dropdown, select Entity Selector for CS.

  11. Click Save.
