Manage Log Level Options

To manage log level options:

  1. From the Eagle Portal main window, click Settings in the top right corner.
    You see the Settings dialog box with the Change Password option as the default.
  2. Click Log Level in the left navigation.
  3. Select the appropriate options:
    –  Debug. Allows you to generate detailed logs with error messages for troubleshooting purposes.
    –  Production. Allows you to run in normal mode when no errors occur in the Eagle Portal.
    NOTE: Eagle recommends that you do not run in Debug mode for extended periods of time, unless necessary for troubleshooting purposes. Over time, running in Debug mode may decrease performance.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
