Run and Manage Dashboard Reports
In the Eagle Portal, you can display key portfolio investment information, including portfolio overview, holdings, performance, and transactions in dashboard reports. Dashboard reports allow you to display results of query reports in a multifaceted format. To run dashboard reports that are available to you, click Dashboards in the Eagle Portal's main window.
You can create dashboard reports with different layouts and dashboard parts, with each part constructed from an Eagle Portal query report. You can configure each dashboard part to display information in a data format, chart format, or both. If you select both data and chart formats, the dashboard part becomes interactive. You can toggle between the data and chart representations of the portfolio information, or click the data or dashboard part to drill down and view additional query information.
You can also customize how the dashboard report results are displayed. You can select a view from the views you have created or from the shared views that are available to you. The view that you select becomes the dashboard current view that you can customize.
The dashboard views and dashboard parts are defined and configured by the Eagle Portal Administrator.
Depending on your permissions, you can do the following:
- Run an existing dashboard report for selected portfolios.
- Edit and print an existing dashboard view.
- Create a new dashboard view.
- Manage dashboard parts to create customized views.
- Manage dashboard views and defaults.
- Publish dashboard views.
- Export dashboard views to an Adobe PDF format.
