The EJM Monitoring Tool has several installation prerequisites.

Eagle Version Prerequisites for EJM Monitoring

To use the EJM Monitoring Tool, the Eagle product suite must be at least version 12.1.3.

BNY recommends as a best fit that you run Eagle V13.1 or higher.

Installation Prerequisites for EJM Monitoring

While EJM Monitoring Tool is largely version independent, there are some prerequisites:

  • EJM. Eagle Job Management (EJM) is released independently of the product. To use the EJM Monitoring Tool, you must be using EJM.

  • IWS.  Integration and Workflow Studio (IWS) is a design time tool built  to map data into the Eagle model. While you do NOT need IWS to use the EJM Monitoring Tool, visual representations of processes are only available for processes created in IWS.

  • Import of eagle_iws.pkg. Installation of this package is required. If you have not installed IWS on your system, you must install this package to use the EJM Monitoring Tool.

  • Microsoft .NET 4.5. EJM Monitoring Tool is built using .NET and WPF technology and requires .NET 4.5 to be installed on your workstation.

  • Windows Installer 3.1. EJM Monitoring Tool requires Windows Installer 3.1 to be installed on your workstation.

The EJM Monitoring Tool is deployed via Microsoft's ClickOnce technology. Installation does not require local administration rights.
