Review Status of External Files

In the EJM Monitoring Tool, you can review the status of received files by accessing the External Data tab.

To review the status of received files:

1. In the EJM Monitoring Tool, click External Data.

2. In the External Data tab, search for the date/time and the message stream that handled the file.

3. Right-click a row from the search results and select the appropriate option. 

   Open

   

4. Select Download to download the file to your desktop.

5. Select Show Message Detail to access the Message Details window for more information.

6. Select Locate to find the file in the EJM Processes window.
