Create Set Rate Distributions
In the Create Fixed Distribution panel, you can add a set rate distribution. The set rate distribution identifies the base set class rate to use in the set rate calculation.
To add a set rate distribution rate:
In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Fund Accounting > Periodic Distributions > Create Set Rate Distribution.
You see the Create Set Rate Distribution panel.Complete the options on the Create Set Rate Distribution panel.
Click Submit.

Entity ID | 1163 | Specifies the master fund entity identifier. You must select an entity for which you selected Set Rate as the Daily Distribution Method value. |
Entity Name | 1164 | Specifies the master fund entity name. This field is automatically populated based on the Entity ID. |
Accounting Basis for Expense Differentials | 21 | Specifies the selected entity's accounting basis to use in the expense differential calculation. |
Class Code | 34 | Specifies a valid share class. You must select the share class identified as the entity's base class. |
Begin Date | 71 | Specifies the beginning date for the set rate distribution period. |
End Date | 73 | Specifies the ending date for the set rate distribution period. |
Payment Date | 1119 | Specifies the payment date for the distribution. This date is for reference only and does not affect processing. |
Taxable Indicator | 1143 | Determines the distribution general ledger account to which the system posts the daily distribution amount. Options include:

Distribution Rate for Period | 746 | Specifies the set rate for the distribution period. |
Distribution Days in Period | 748 | Displays the number of distribution days in the period based on the values you input for the Begin Date and End Date. |
Distribution Daily Rate | 747 | Displays the daily distribution rate. The system calculates this value by dividing the Distribution Rate for Period by the Distribution Days in Period values. |
