The NAIC Annual Schedules involve the following types of schedules:

  • Summary Schedules

  • BA Schedules

  • D Schedules

  • DA Schedules

  • DB Schedules

  • DL Schedules

  • E Schedules

  • Footnotes

The Legal Entity identification (LEI) field displayed for issuers on Schedules D, DA, DB, DL, and E is based on the Legal Entity Identifier (tag 5089) assigned to the issuer, as accessed by the ISTAR Refresh. You can use Reference Data Center or the Add/Change Issuer Information panels in the Issue Viewer tool to maintain the LEI assignment.
