Create Schedule Extracts
You can create tab delimited schedule extract CSV text files for filing with the NAIC.
The schedule extract files are equivalent to the Annual Schedule and Quarterly Schedule reports, but the extract files can also include electronic only columns that you do not observe on the advanced reports. Additionally, the extract files observe a format that is universally compatible with the available vendor software used to interface with NAIC. Eagle Insurance extract files conform with the NAIC Electronic Filing Submission Directive.
To create an extract CSV file for a specific NAIC schedule:
Select the panel for the Schedule.
Set the Result Format Type field to Vendor CSV.
Under Result Options, select Send results to Scheduler, and then click Submit to schedule the creation of the CSV file.
You must use Automation Center to locate the CSV file.
You can set the Result Format Type field to Standard CSV to generate a file to use with Automation Center and create the PDF file that is the equivalent to the schedule report.
