List Ledger Granularity Rules

In the List Ledger Granularity Rule panel, you can list all the holding term granularity and custom granularity rule details for a ledger granularity rule or can list the entities to which you assigned a ledger granularity rule.

To list ledger granularity rules:

1. Do one of the following: 
   - In Portfolio Data Center, in the left navigation pane, click Portfolio Desk > Accounting Portfolio Rules > Ledger Granularity> List Ledger Granularity Rule.
   - In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Portfolio Rules > Ledger Granularity > List Ledger Granularity Rule.
   You see the List Ledger Granularity Rule panel.

2. In the Ledger Granularity Rule Name field, enter the name of the ledger granularity rule with details you want to view.
   Otherwise, leave this field blank to list all ledger granularity rules. If you select a rule, the Ledger Granularity Rule field displays the unique identifier for the selected ledger granularity rule, and the Granularity Pool Instance field and Granularity Pool field display the granularity pool identifier and name for the selected ledger granularity rule.

3. In the List Granularity Rule Options field, indicate whether you want to view ledger granularity details for selected rules or view entities assigned to a ledger granularity rule.
   Options include:
   –  List Granularity Rule Details. Lists holding term granularity and custom granularity details for the selected ledger granularity rules.
   –  List Entities Using Granularity Rule. List the entity/accounting basis groupings to which you assigned the selected ledger granularity rules.

4. Click Submit.
