Apply a Ratings Enrichment

Before you apply a ratings enrichment, ensure that the desired rating sources are selected in the Source Rules tab.

Set the Ratings Source Rule

You can set the Ratings Source rule in the Ratings panel.

To set the ratings source rule:

1. In the Setup workspace, click Sources in the left navigation pane.
   You see the Sources panel.

2. Click the Source Rules tab.
   The Search Summary panel displays.

3. From the list that displays, select Ratings Source Rules by double clicking on it.
   The Edit Source Rule panel displays.

4. Review the rating sources that display in the Ratings Source Column. 

5. To add another source, click the Add Source drop down list and select a source from the list. 

6. To remove the selection(s), select Clear All.

7. Click Save.

Apply a Ratings Enrichment 

You can set a ratings enrichment in the Enrichments panel.

To apply a ratings enrichment:

1. In Reference Data Center Setup, select a data strategy by double-clicking on it.
   You see the Edit Data Strategy panel.

2. From the left navigation panel, click Enrichments.
   The Enrichments Overrides panel displays.

3. From the Alpha-Ratings drop-down list, select the enrichment for the Alpha Rating Calculation you wish to use.
   Options include:
   Calc Best Rating Alpha, Calc Lowest Rating Alpha, Calc 2^nd Rating Alpha and Calc Avg Rating Alpha.

4. In the Numerical Rating field, select the enrichment for the numerical rating that corresponds to the value you selected in the Alpha Rating field.

5. In the Source field, select the enrichment for the source that corresponds with the values you selected in the Alpha Rating and Numerical Rating fields.

6. Click Save and Close.
