Reference Data Reports

In the Reference Data Center, you can use the Reports button on the ribbon to run reports. A full history is maintained for each data record in the application. Reports show all reference data and the associated audit information. You can sort columns alphabetically, remove columns, clear a filter on a column, use find to quickly identify items in a column, and freeze and unfreeze a column. You can then print or export a report in an Excel or CSV file format.
About the Reference Data Reports
From the Reference Data Center, you can run the following reports:
Report Name | Description |

Data Strategy | The Data Strategy report displays field level information on data strategies. You can filter the search results by data strategy. |
Exception Summary | The Exception Summary report displays all exceptions for a specified date. You can filter the search results by start and end date, error severity, security, error code and data category. |
Release Status Detail | The Release Status Detail report displays the current release status information at the individual security level. You can filter the search results by security, release status level, investment type, currency, data strategy, and gold copy. |
 Release Status Summary | The Release Status Summary report shows the total count of securities grouped by release status, gold copy and data strategy. You can filter the search results by effective date, gold copy, and data strategy. |
Securities not Assigned to a Data Strategy | The Securities not Assigned to a Data Strategy Report displays securities not associated with a data strategy. You can filter the search results by data strategy. |
Security Audit | The Security Audit report displays all data changes. You can filter the search results by data source, security, investment type, security type, processing security type, start date, end date, last updated by |
 User Audit | The User Audit report displays the manual changes made to all securities and exceptions. You can filter the search results by security, action, investment type, and currency. |
 Active Enrichments | The Active Enrichments report displays all enrichments that are currently assigned to data strategies and are enabled for the given data strategy. You can filter the search results by data strategy. |
 Active Validations | The Validations report displays all validations that are currently assigned to data strategies and are enabled for the given data strategy. You can filter the search results by data strategy. |
Run Reports
Use this procedure to run all Reference Data Center reports.
To run a report in Reference Data Center:
On the ribbon, click Reports and from the drop-down list, select the report you want to run.
You see the Search panel associated with the report you've selected.Complete the required search criteria and click Search.
You see the results displayed in the panel below.To print or export the report, click Export on the ribbon, and then select either Export to Excel or Export to CSV.
