List Preferred Shares Distribution Rates

 In the List Preferred Shares Distribution Rates panel, you can view a list of preferred shares distribution rates for a master fund or for a master fund/share series grouping during a specified date range. 

To list preferred shares distribution rates:

1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Fund Accounting > Preferred Shares > List Preferred Shares Distribution Rates.
   You see the Edit Preferred Shares Distribution Rate panel.

2. In the Entity ID or Entity Name fields, select the unique identifier or name of the master fund with a rate you want to view.

3. If you want to view rates for a single share series, in the Share Series field, select 

4. In the Report Start Date and Report End Date fields, enter the date range for the distribution rates that you want to view. 

5. In the Share Series field, select the code value for the share series associated with the distribution rates you want to view. 
   Otherwise, leave this field blank to view all share series for the specified entity and date range.

6. In the Begin Date and End Date fields, specify the starting date and ending date for the distribution rates you want to view.

7. Click Submit.
   You can view the preferred shares distribution rates that met your criteria in the Show All tab.
