Delete NAV Rules

In the Delete NAV Rule panel, you can delete rule criteria for one or more NAV rules. 

To delete NAV rule criteria:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Setup > Fund Accounting > Valuations > Delete NAV Rule
    You see the Delete NAV Rule panel.   

  2. In the Chart of Account Name field, select the name of the Chart of Accounts associated with the rule you want to delete.
    The default value is STAR.

  3. If you want to delete rule details for a single NAV rule, enter the rule identifier in the NAV Ledger Rule ID box.
    Otherwise, leave this field blank to view rule criteria for all NAV rules for deletion.

  4. Click Submit.
    You see a row for each NAV rule details that met your criteria in the Show All tab.

  5. Select the row for each NAV rule criteria you want to delete so that a check mark appears in the check box, and click Delete Rule.
    In the Delete NAV Ledger Rule grid, you see a row for each NAV rule criteria that you selected.

  6. Review the rows for each NAV rule criteria you selected for deletion. 
    The fields that describe each rule criteria are locked and you cannot change them. 

  7. Click Submit.
    The system deletes the NAV rule criteria.Â
