Search for Loopbacks

In the Global Process workspace, you can use the Loopbacks Search Detail pane to specify search criteria used to monitor loopbacks. The Loopbacks pane displays the status of each job that meets your criteria. You can also access loopbacks from the Automation Desk's Loopbacks workspace.

Search for Loopbacks

To search for loopbacks:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing and Exceptions > Global Processes.
    You see the Global Process workspace. 

  2. Review the current search criteria displayed in the Loopbacks pane header.
    When you open the workspace, you see the search criteria associated with the Loopbacks Summary pane by default.

  3. On the Loopbacks tab, in the Tools group, click Search, and then select New Search, Last Search, or any saved search. Or, click the chevron in the Loopbacks pane header. 
    You see the Loopbacks Search Details pane.

  4. Complete the required search criteria. 
    You can search using the default criteria. Or you can click Add Search Criteria to manage your choice of search criteria.

  5. Click the Search button in the Search Details pane.
    In the Loopbacks pane grid, you see the search results based on the criteria you selected. You see the search criteria used at the top of the pane. In the bottom left corner of the window, you see a row count of the entries in the Loopbacks pane.

  6. In the Grid tab, you can use the options to manage how data displays for the search results.

Search for Loopback Details

After you click the Full View icon to view selected loopback details in a separate workspace, you can search for loopback details in that workspace. The search criteria used for loopbacks and for loopback details are almost the same. The Loopback Details workspace can additionally include the Max Items option, which determines the maximum number of records to display. 

To search for loopback details:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Processing and Exceptions > Global Processes. 
    You see the Global Process workspace. 

  2. Search for loopbacks in the Global Process workspace.
    In the Loopbacks pane, you see the search results based on the criteria you selected. 

  3. In the Loopback Details pane, select a loopback, and then click Open in full pane mode.
    You see the information previously displayed in the Loopback Details pane in the Loopback Details workspace. The header identifies the current search criteria by default, but you can change the search criteria.

  4. On the Loopbacks tab, in the Tools group, click Search, and then select New Search, Last Search, or any saved search. Or, click the chevron in the Loopback Details workspace header. 
    You see the Loopback Details Search Details pane.

  5. Complete the required search criteria. 
    You can search using the default criteria. Or you can click Add Search Criteria to manage your choice of search criteria.

  6. Click the Search button in the Search Details pane.

Loopback Search Options

In the Global Process workspace, when you search for loopbacks, the certain fields are available by default in the Loopbacks Search Details pane. You can click Add Search Criteria  to add additional fields and apply your changes to your search criteria.

Last Hours

Indicates the most recent number of hours of submitted loopbacks to include in the search results. For example, enter a value of 24 to view loopbacks submitted in the last 24 hours..

Processing Duration

Specifies the length of time the process associated with the loopback took to complete. Options include:

  • 10 - 20 min 

  • 20 - 30 min

  • 30 min - 1 hour 

  • Less 10 min

  • Over 1 hour

  • Total Generated

Entity Id

Specifies the unique identifier of the entity.

Primary Asset ID

Specifies the primary asset identifier for the security.

Batch Event ID

Specifies the identifier of the batch of event used in submission.

Processing Status

Specifies the loopback processing status. Options include: 

  • Pending

  • Processed

  • Rejected

  • Overridden

  • Overridden/Closed

User

Specifies the User ID of the Eagle user who generated the loopbacks.

Date

Specifies the date on which you submitted the loopback. 

Message Type

Specifies the transaction message type. For example, MTEARN.

Event Type

Specifies the business intent of the transaction. Used as the primary determinant in the accounting plan. For example, EARN.

Issue Name

Specifies the name of the security.

Asset ID

Specifies the identification number of the primary asset ID type for the security.

Processing Engine

Specifies the STAR processing engine associated with the loopback results.

Engine Group

The name of the engine group.

IP Address

Specifies the IP address of the engine.

Conversion Status

Indicates the entity-level current conversion status associated with the loopback. For example, Live or Parallel. 

Processing Center

Specifies the geographic processing center location.
