Monitor Pricing Events

You can monitor the status of pricing events in Reference Data Center using the Automation's Center Monitor workspace. Using this view, you can see the status of an event that has been previously scheduled or manually submitted. You can also view event logs which may be helpful in troubleshooting any issues with the application. 

The Monitor link in Reference Data Center is a bridge view to the Automation Center. For more information on monitoring processes, see Automation Center V17

To monitor pricing events:

  1. In the left navigation, click Monitor.
    You see the Monitor workspace.

  2.  Click the double arrow to the right of the workspace and display the filter options.

  3. Click the Event type drop-down list to select an event. Options include: 
    –  Reference Data Center (default)
    –  RDC Rules engine

  4. The Effective Date defaults to today's date. You can click on the calendar to change the date.

  5. Click Search. 
    You see information for the events processed for this job displayed in the workspace.
