Extract EagleML via Excel - Complete Excel Prerequisites

Before you can extract EagleML data via Excel, you must complete several prerequisite steps in Excel.

To complete Excel prerequisites:

  1. Launch Excel.
  2. Click File on the Excel toolbar and select Options.

  3. Under Excel Options, click Customize Ribbon, check the Developer checkbox in the right pane and click OK.
  4. Click the Developer tab in the toolbar and select Macro Security.
  5. Under Macro Settings, click to set the Enable all macros radio button, check the Trust access to the VBA_project object modelcheckbox and click OK.

    Prerequisite steps are completed.
  6. Proceed to the steps for preparing the extract.
