Leverage & Good Cover Assets Report

The Leverage & Good Cover Assets report displays the soft segregable assets and leverage assets for securities identified by an over/under edit as good cover assets and leverage assets. Good Cover Assets are defined as the Total Portfolio Assets less Illiquid Assets less Hard Segregable Assets less Leverage Assets. Leverage Assets are assets that create future liabilities.fd

Advanced report views for this report include:

  • Soft Segregable Assets. This view groups soft segregable assets by security type with security details.

  • Leverage Assets. This view groups leverage assets by security type with security details.

To create the Leverage & Good Cover Assets report:

  1. In Accounting Center, in the left navigation pane, click Reports > Compliance Reports >Asset Segregation > Leverage & Good Cover Assets Report. 
    You see the Leverage & Good Cover Assets Report panel.

  2. Complete the options on the Leverage & Good Cover Assets Report panel.

  3. Under Result Options, click Grid or Advanced Report for the report view you want.

  4. Click Submit.
    The report results appear on your desktop for the view selected.

Search Criteria

  • Entity ID. Specifies a portfolio, sector portfolio, composite portfolio, or Master Fund by the entity ID of the entity.

  • Entity Name. Specifies a portfolio, sector portfolio, composite portfolio, or Master Fund by name of the entity.

  • Effective Date. Specifies the effective date for your report results.
