Added to the schema:
1. eagleml-user-2-0.xsd: the new object eagleAdministrationSettings and complex type EagleAdministrationSettings (based on UserObject complex type) have been added to the schema with the following elements:
     webSiteSettings of complex type WebSiteSettings
     passwordSettings of complex type PasswordSettingsModel
     ldapSettings of complex type LdapSettingsModel
2. eagleml-ca-2-0.xsd: the group СorpActLookupSwitch.model has been added to the GenericCA complex type
