EJM Triage - Reinitializing Message Center Cache

To apply the changes made to the global parameters of an environment or to the code of the rules for example, you should reinitialize Message Center cache.

To do this:

1. Open Message Center Editor.

2. Go to the Tools tab and click Reinitialize Message Center cache.
   

   Note

   Eagle recommends repeating this at least twice in a row.
3. If your region has several instances,  you have to restart Message Center to reinitialize its cache.
   Please follow the steps described on this page to do that.
4. You can check if there are multiple instances from the Message Center Console.
