Update Pending Transactions
In the Update Transactions panel, you can change a transaction's status and enter a comment about the change. You can update transactions with a Pending, Hold, or custom status.
To update a pending transaction:
- From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.
- Enter Update Transactions in the Start Search text box.
- Click the Update Transactions (Accounting Center) link to access the panel.
You see the Update Transactions panel. - Complete the options in the Update Transactions panel and click Submit.
You see information for the transactions that met your criteria in the Show All tab. - Select the row for each transaction you want to update and click Change Selected Trade Records.
You see a row for each transaction you selected in the Change Selected Trade Records tab. - Update each transaction that you want to change.
You can update the Transaction Status field by selecting a value of Pending, Hold, or a custom status. You can update the Settle Instructions 3 field by entering a comment. The remaining fields describing the transaction are locked, and are for information only. - Click Submit.
- Close the Update Transactions bottom tab to return to the Accounting Center.
