Run the Workflow Status Report

To run the Workflow Status report:

  1. From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button to access the Eagle Navigator.

  2. Enter Workflow Status in the Start Search text box and click the Workflow Status (Performance Center) link.
    You see the Performance Center with the Workflow Status workspace.

  3. Click Define.
    The Workflow Status Criteria dialog box shown in the following figure appears.

  4. Select an entity or entity characteristic.
    If entity criteria are chosen then the date drop-down list shows valid holdings dates. Use the drop-down list or type in a date.

  5. Choose a Source Rule and frequency.

  6. Select the status fields that you want to view.
    If you choose to run the report by entity characteristic, all defined characteristics appear. Choose the indicated characteristic and the report shows all entities with the specific characteristic defined. Then, choose the dates, Source Rule, frequency and status fields. Note the Workflow Status report supports Business Groups.

  7. Click Save to save your report criteria.

  8. From the Performance Workflow Status window, click Submit to display the report results.
