Requesting Index Toolkit Data from RIMES

This section of the Performance Toolkit 2.0 Implementation Guide describes Eagle’s relationship with RIMES to provide standardized index data compatible with the Performance Toolkit and provides a form you can share with RIMES (or other market data providers) when you submit a request for index data for use with the Performance Toolkit. Your answers can help the vendor better understand the Performance data you are requesting and specific values you want to receive for certain data elements.

RIMES Technologies Corporation is a data vendor familiar with Eagle’s generic interfaces and the data Eagle requires for use with the Performance Toolkit 2.0. RIMES can provide your organization with index data along with other types of data used by the Performance Toolkit, such as security analytics and yield curve data.

For more information about RIMES, visit their web site at www.rimes.com or contact your Eagle Relationship Manager.

Keep in mind that you are responsible for obtaining a license with RIMES as well as any underlying data vendors. When requesting historical data from your vendor, be sure to confirm that this history is available for each index family and is covered within your licensing.

The Generic Interfaces section of the Index Toolkit chapter describes the required and optional data elements used by the Index Toolkit.

While Eagle clients can request additional data elements from data vendors beyond those used in the Performance Toolkit to meet their organization’s unique reporting needs, describing that data and its use is outside the scope of this guide.
