About EJM Statuses

The EJM Monitoring Tool allows you to monitor various statuses.

EJM Process, Subprocess, and Task Statuses

The EJM process, subprocess, and task statuses are displayed in the EJM Process Summary pane.

The following table lists currently available process, subprocess, and task statuses.

Some errors occurred during execution. Task failed.

NACK

No response from the task. Is displayed as No Data in the Task Statistics bottom pane.

In Progress

Task is currently in progress.

Warning

Task contains a child task with a Failed status.

NOTE: This status is usually combined with other status icons. For example, the task successfully completed, but has some failed steps.

In Progress and Waiting For External Data

Task is waiting for data to arrive to begin processing. For example, a scheduled process is waiting for some data files required to begin processing.

Not All Items Passed

Not all task steps have been processed. For example, some steps failed, but the task completed.

Some Subprocesses are Not Displayed

Some subprocesses are missing in the layout. For example, the date filter is set to [10/08/2016 00:00:00 - 10/08/2016 00:01:00]. But actual end time of the one of the processes is 10/08/2016 00:01:22. In this case some substeps will be hidden from the user and this status will be assigned.

Data File Statuses

The data file statuses are displayed in the Data for the Process pane.

The following table lists currently available data file statuses.

Message Statuses

The message statuses are displayed in the Task Details pane of the EJM Processes window. They are also displayed in the Message Details window and the External Data window.

Messages have two versions of the Success status: Successfully Completed and Returned Result and Successfully Completed and No Data Returned. However, the EJM Monitoring Tool does not distinguish between these two versions of the status and assigns the status of Success.

The following table lists currently available message statuses.
