Set Up Master Funds for Accounting
In Eagle's mutual fund accounting solution, master funds are a type of entity designed to track transactions and trades for mutual funds that involve capital stock and NAV processing. The master fund structure allows you to set up multiple share classes. You can add one or more share classes as you set up the fund, or you can add the share classes later.
For convenience and ease of use, you can use both Portfolio Data Center (PDC) and Accounting Center to access the entry panels used to set up and maintain master funds for use with Eagle Accounting.
