This section describes how to perform an entity build. After you configure the system for entity builds, there are several ways in which you can run the entity build process. 

There are a number of ways to kick off the Entity build process. The following table describes these methods.

Submit Build (Manual)

You can manually execute the entity build in Performance Center or Portfolio Data Center by selecting an entity and clicking the Submit Build option.

Entity Build (Uploader)

The entity build process can be kicked off as part of an Uploader by selecting the Entity Build option when defining the Uploader schema.

Now Automation Center > Setup > Schemas? Feed Type of ENTITY BUILD? Or Build Type of Entity in the Define tab when you create Schema?

Scheduled Entity Build Event

You can schedule the process as an Entity Build event through the Define Event window in Automation Center.
