XSD Revision 400

ADDED to the schema:

1. eagleml-acc-shared-2-0.xsd: following elements have been added to the TradeLeg.model group:
   comimissionSettlementAmount
   otherFeeSettlementAmount
   swapSettlementAmount
   settlementExhangeRate

2. eagleml-acc-shared-2-0.xsd: the following group has been added to the AccountingTrade.model group:
   SegregateDerivatives.model

3. eagleml-wh-shared-2-0.xsd: the following element has been added to the WH_closeLot.model group:
   calcCloseUniqueId

4. eagleml-enum-2-0.xsd: enumeration value CANCELCASH has been added to the BuySellIndicatorEnum simple type

5. eagleml-entity-2-0.xsd: the following group has been added to the EntityAccountingBasis complex type:
   AccountingProcessing.model

...and also elements annotations have been updated.
