To view a KPI:
- In SLA Management, click KPIs in the left navigation.
You see all the available KPIs. - To quickly find a KPI, click the Find button. To search for a KPI based on specific criteria, click the Search button.
- Click the KPI you wish to view and click View.
- In the View KPI dialog box, review the information by clicking the Source, Measure, and Query tabs.
You cannot edit any information in this dialog box. - Click Cancel to close out of the View KPI dialog box.
- If needed, refresh, print, or export the information displayed in the workspace.
