If you are using Eagle Portal, you can use the Diagnostics window to quickly view Portal configuration settings. Type common/diagnostics.aspx at the end of your Portal URL. This provides you with information on options configured in PortalConfiguration, located in \Portal \Web\ bin from the application, without having to go to the location where Portal is installed.

This dialog box displays the Portal configuration settings. The Get Config Files and Logs link appears only if you are an administrator with access to managing Portal's settings. Click this link to download a PortalConfig zipped file that contains eagleportal.config, Web.config, and portal.log. These files are very helpful for troubleshooting.
