To view and edit a KPI attribute:

  1. In SLA Management, click KPI Attributes in the left navigation.
    You see all the available KPI attributes.
  2. To quickly find a KPI attribute, click the Find button. To search for a KPI attribute based on specific criteria, click the Search button.
  3. Click the KPI attribute you wish to view and click View.
  4. In the View KPI Attribute dialog box, review the information by clicking the Source and Measure tabs.
    You cannot edit any information in this dialog box.
     

     
  5. Click Cancel to close out of the View KPI Attribute dialog box.
  6. Click the KPI attribute you wish to edit and click Edit.
  7. In the Edit KPI Attribute dialog box, review the information in the Source tab and make the appropriate changes in the Category and Description fields. All other fields are prefilled and are not editable.
     
  8. Click the Measure tab, review the information, and make the appropriate changes in the Category and Description fields.
    All other fields are prefilled and are not editable.
     
  9. Click Save to save your changes or click Cancel to close out of the Edit KPI Attribute dialog box without saving.
  10. If needed, refresh, print, or export the information displayed in the workspace.
