You can do the following to monitor and report on SLAs:
- Search for processes with SLA status in Automation Desk's Monitor workspace
- Monitor current day SLAs in Automation Desk's Monitor workspace
- Run historical SLA reports in System Management Center by running the SLA system queries

You need special user permissions to create and monitor SLAs in Automation Center as well as run SLA query reports in System Management Center. For more information about system queries, refer to the System Management Center wiki pages.
