Run Historical SLA Reports

In Eagle's System Management Center, you can run daily, weekly, and monthly SLA historical reports via system queries. The SLA historical data is saved in a separate database table and can be easily extracted any time for comparison. For more information about system queries, refer to the System Management Center wiki pages.

To access System Management Center:

  1. From any Eagle window, click the Eagle Navigator button.

  2. Enter System Management Center in the Start Search text box and click the System Management Center link. Or, click All Programs and select System Management Center.
    You see System Management Center with the Environment workspace as the default.

  3. Click Diagnostics in the left navigation and click Queries.
    You see a list of all the available system queries in the Queries workspace.

  4. In the filter text box, enter the keyword sla for the Query Name.

  5. Click the query you wish to run and click Run. To run the query and distribute the reports to a designated location, click Run and Deliver, enter the information in the Eagle Toolkit Ad Hoc Schedule Properties dialog box and click OK.

  6. To run a group of queries, click Groups in the left navigation, click the group you wish to run and click Run. To run the group and distribute the reports to a designated location, click Run and Deliver, enter the information in the Eagle Toolkit Ad Hoc Schedule Properties dialog box and click OK.

  7. Enter any required parameters in the Define Query Parameters dialog box and click OK.
    You see the query report based on the parameters you entered.
    Note that if you select Run and Deliver, the query report is sent directly to the destination you specified and is not displayed.

  8. Click the Print button drop down to print or click the Export button drop down and select the file type to export the query report.
